License Agreement

Skins-N-Styles.com, grants you an exclusive license to use its software if you agree to follow all restrictions in all sections of this Agreement.

Important: Skins & graphics for purchase on this site are not open sourced. You must agree to follow the limitations in this software agreement. Skins-N-Styles.com products are a copyrighted work of authorship and is also protected under applicable database laws. Skins-N-Styles.com retains complete ownership of this software and any copies of it, regardless of the form in which the copies may exist. This licence is not a sale of the original Software or any copies of same but is an authorization to "use" said software.

Although all copyrights visible to users via browser are not required, the Skins-N-Styles.com link back to Skins-N-Styles.com must remain in tact and in place unless prior arrangements have been made and additional fees have been paid for the Brand Free version. All copyright notices contained in source files and administrative files therein must remain unchanged and visible within the said style, skin, or design. Copyright notices contained therein must not be removed or altered under any circumstances.

• Skins-N-Styles.com grants you the right to install one instance (a single installation) of a skin or graphic per domain name for each license purchased. For each installed instance of our skins, a separate license is required. Modifications to the software or database to circumvent the one-license one-board rule are prohibited.
• Any skins & graphics software is licensed only to one owner of a domain name. You may not rent, lease, sub license, sell, assign, pledge, transfer or otherwise dispose of the software in any form, on a temporary or permanent basis, without the prior written consent of Skins-N-Styles.com.
• At the owners risk, anyone may alter software, produced by Skins-N-Styles.com, but said software, altered or otherwise, may not be distributed to entities beyond the license holder. Third party modifications are at the risk of the owner/user and will not be supported by Skins-N-Styles.com.

SCOPE OF GRANT

You may not:

• permit other individuals to use our Skins or Graphics except under the terms outlined in this license agreement
  
• reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Skins for distribution or usage outside your web site.
  
• use the Skins in such as way as to condone or encourage terrorism, promote or provide pirated software, or any other form of illegal or damaging activity.
  
• distribute the Skins.
  
• distribute or modify proprietary code graphics, HTML, or CSS packaged with the Skins for use in other Software applications or web sites without written permission from Skins-N-Styles.com.
• Registered users may modify software code for their personal use (at their own risk), but any altered code must not be redistributed or resold in any form..

If any terms are violated, Skins-N-Styles.com reserves the right to revoke license's at any time. No license refunds will be granted for revoked licenses. Skins-N-Styles.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. This license is governed by the International Copyright Laws.

Once you are in receipt of our skins, License fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to verify that the server which hosts your web site supports the latest stable versions of MySQL and PHP before purchasing software from Skins-N-Styles.com.

THE LAW

Your acquisition and use of software is governed by international copyright laws and the license agreement accompanying the software. Therefore, you should be aware that it is a breach of the license agreement and it is illegal:
a) To copy or distribute software or its accompanying documentation, including programs, applications, data, codes, and manuals, without permission or a license from the copyright owner;
b) To run a copyrighted software program on two or more computers simultaneously unless this is specifically allowed by the license agreement;
c) For organizations to consciously or unconsciously encourage, allow, compel, or pressure employees to make or distribute unauthorized software copies;
d) To infringe the laws against unauthorized software copying because someone requests or compels it;
e) To lend software so that a copy can be made or to copy software while it is lent to you;
f) To make, import, possess, or deal with articles intended to facilitate the removal of any technical means applied to protect the software program.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Skins-N-Styles.com is not liable for additional content added to software other than as provided by Skins-N-Styles.com

PROPRIETARY LABELS

Authorization to remove or make it invisible or clear visible, the Skins-N-Styles.com link back is not allowed. Also if you're using a template that it's color scheme make the copyright notice invisible or not clear visible, you must take care to change it's color to become visible. You can remove the copyright only if you've bought the Brand Free Service. In this case you're authorize to remove the output of the Skins-N-Styles.com, but it does not give you authorization to remove any copyright notices in the style, skin, or design source files nor any other rights. Said Removal is to be conducted by Skins-N-Styles.com

What are the penalties for pirating software?

If caught with pirated software, the infringing company or individual may be liable under both civil and criminal law. A civil action may be instituted for injunctive relief, actual damages (including infringement profits), or statutory damages up to $20,000 per infringement. Criminal penalties for copyright infringement include fines up to $1,000,000 and jail terms up to five years, or both.

TITLE

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain with Skins-N-Styles.com. The Software is protected by copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no rights to such content.

TERMINATION

This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software immediately.

FREE SUPPORT and FUTURE UPDATES will be offered only to those that abide by this license agreement. Technical support will not be provided for third-party modifications.

Skins-N-Styles.com reserves the right to refuse and or reject sales orders.
Skins-N-Styles.com reserves the right to change price of its software without notice, bonus or refund.
Skins-N-Styles.com reserves the right to publish a selected list of our skin users.
Skins-N-Styles.com reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time and are retroactive to past releases.
