Registration

As with most things registration is required to gain access, post and download certain files from these pages. The registrations process is confidential. All accounts kept within these pages are kept confidential from third party use. Your e-mail, and other information that you provide upon registering will not be provided to another third party, sold or redistributed in any way, shape or form.

Clients/Customer Privacy

Our clients & customers are important to us. Any information obtained during making of skins, graphics, web pages, or other services you require from Skins-N-Styles.com are not shared with the public or private parties in any way. Your server, FTP, logins and personal information are kept safe and not redistributed to a third party at any time. After work has finished on your account all passwords & information's are cleaned from our files and are deleted from our hard drives.

Why Would Skins-N-Styles.com Need Personal Server/FTP/Login Information?

Mostly in the business of making and installing forum & other skins additional information is needed from the customer. This may be a total or but not limited to:

• Personal FTP Information - As a customer you must protect yourself at all times and you can give us our own access and account to your server and delete it after work is completed. Skins-N-Styles.com is not opposed to not having FTP information for your site. We do understand that sometimes some clients may be wary. If you prefer to upload files through your own FTP and you are familiar with this process we can give you instructions of where the files should go in your site. However, that being said we are NOT responsible for your site crashing if you make a mistake and upload the files in the wrong area, or if you change something. Also if you do take it upon yourself to upload the files and it crashes the site or causes errors we will charge extra to fix it since it was not our doing.
• Admin Panel Control - In the course of installed software or scripts to your forum or web page, Skins-N-Styles.com will require access to your admin control panel. This also includes add-ons, mods, template edits and things along those lines. You may also set up a separate account for us and delete it after work is completed to your account. Just make sure that it has full admin rights.
• A working E-mail Address Or Another Contact Method - Skins-N-Styles.com mainly keeps in contact via e-mail, messenger, or phone if you prefer (however phone is limited), so this is crucial to finishing your project.
• Host Information - In most cases we really do not need this info as long as we have FTP access and/or admin panel access, but on some occasions such as backing up databases, installing new databases, upgrading forum/web page software, and other related activities we will require an account on your host. Again you may set up a separate account for us and delete it after work is completed. Ask your web host how to set up another account for your web site/domain if you are unsure.
• Personal Passwords, Logins To Script Sites - Occasionally we will need your personal login for a site that you have purchased a script from such as vBulletin (Customer Number is required to install a fresh copy of vb or for upgrades. For vBulletin if you want us to download the latest vb we will also need your password.) You can download the software yourself and send it to us via e-mail so we can install it. On most software we will need some form of identification such as a customer number like vBulletin. This is how most script sites keep their clients updated.

All customer information is protected and kept private for the duration and after work is completed. All client files that we download are backed up to a DVD and kept off our hard drives after work is finished. Each client has their own DVD or CDR depending upon the site of their site. Clients can request a DVD or CDR backup of their site for a fee of $25.00. This will include the sites files plus the database if applicable as well as any PSD's we have made for your site, and graphics as well as skins or styles that we have created for you. Personal Information

All personal information is kept confidential from any and all third parties including e-mail addresses, name, business name, phone numbers, credit card numbers, paypal e-mail addresses, address, state, country, city, zip code, and any other personal information exchanged during an installation or design of your forums/skins or pages.
