There are no refunds or exchanges for any custom styles done for a client. Custom styles are made specifically for just your site and cannot really be used elsewhere. And we put a lot of time and many hours into these styles. Please refer to our Terms Of Service for information.
We do not offer exchanges. You cannot exchange one skin for another so be sure to pick the skin that you like for your site before purchasing it in our Store.
Refunds are only granted if the style does not function on your site and its not been any longer than 14 days since you purchased the style for your site. We have a full money back guarantee if WE cannot make the skin work on your forum, blog, cms, etc. in the first 14 days. We will do our best to try and get the style working on your site. Any form of changing coding or sabotaging the style to make it not work on your site will revoke your license and you will not get your money back. The footer link MUST be present in the style unless you purchased the Brand Free option when checking out and buying your style and you must not have made template changes or any other changes within the style or the style's code.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on styles purchased for the wrong software or the wrong software version. If you are running a vBulletin forum then be sure you pick the proper style version for the version of vBulletin you are running. Same with any other software...CubeCart. SMF, Wordpress etc. Sometime it is possible to run a style on your site that is not the exact version but close as in a vBulletin 3.8.5 style could most likely run and function just fine on a 3.8.6 vBulletin forum and so forth. If you are unsure please ask on our Forums first before making your purchase.
Please report any problems you have with the style in the Premium Styles Support area. Be sure that you place the thread or post in the proper area according to what script it is (vBulletin, SMF, CubeCart...etc.)
