Payments & Payment Policies
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from Merchants that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, Google Checkout, Money Bookers & PayPal.com, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices of premium skins or styles without notice.
Acceptance of Agreement
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") with respect to our site. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.
Copyright
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the site, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the site. Branding Free
In our skins we ALWAYS place a link in your footer back to our site. This is true of custom skins as well as skins that you purchase in our Online Shop. The only way you can legally remove our brand is to pay for the removal. If you prefer to not have our link in your footer then please let us know in advance when we make your detailed quote. To remove the brand in ANY skin that we offer custom or Pre-made is a total of $50.00.
We also reserve the right to post your site in our portfolio for other potential clients to review our work. If you prefer to not have your site listed then please inform us in advance when we make your detailed quote. There may be a removal fee depending upon the circumstances.
Account Terminations Or Bans
Any client account that has been terminated for any reason will forfeit any and all payments & deposits made to date. If there is a balance due on the account when it is terminated, it will be automatically processed for immediate payment by you. Accounts are immediately terminated after an account has been determined to be delinquent. Any clients who has an account in default or who has refused to pay a balance will also be banned from our forums and any other areas of the site.

Advertisers
The Site may contain advertising and sponsorships. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site is accurate and complies with applicable laws. We are not responsible for the illegality or any error, inaccuracy or problem in the advertiser’s or sponsor’s materials.
Support
We provide the best possible support to our customers that we can. Abusive, threatening, obscene or otherwise harassing communications with us, via phone, e-mail, online chat or other means will result in immediate account termination not withstanding any other terms of this agreement. We provide free support for a period of 6 months after you have paid your final bill. Support is offered via e-mail or our forums. Support is offered for our free skins & styles & our Premium styles ONLY in our forums. Do not send e-mails about support issues not related to a custom skins, code or web site.
Registration
Certain sections of, or offerings from, the site may require you to register. If registration is requested, you agree to provide us with accurate, complete registration information. By registering you agree that Skins-N-Styles.com can terminate your account at any time due to rules infractions or any abusive, racial, or offensive behavior while on our web page. Registration is private and information is not shared with any third parties. Extremely offensive behavior can result in a loss of your account, being banned from this page, & a forfeit of any monies you have already sent to Skins-N-Styles.com.

Downloads From This Site
All downloads in our store area are for purchase only. This means you must purchase them before you will be able to download the product. After you have purchased the skin of your choice, you will then get an email with your download link after your payment has processed. We reserve the right to check all payments BEFORE releasing a skin for download.

We work with you providing links to your site/skin under construction every day via e-mail once we have started your project & once we have received the deposit for the project. Our clients have full control over what they want on their site, skin, forums or other projects at all times. Each day we work on your site, we submit a report to you with a link or attach graphics or other requested material to our daily e-mail for your to view & request any changes before final production. We will work with you to work out bugs in the software, page or skins before we move it to your server and iron out any bugs after the move to your hosting server unless there are special circumstances and its fundamental to make these changes on your server instead. We pride ourselves on a working relationship with our clients that is personal and professional.
Script/Software Installs Special Circumstances:
If for some reason we install a modification or plugin that does not work properly with your forum, blog or CMS (Content Management System) while we are in the process of putting your entire project together, we will uninstall it for free. This offer is covered under your original quoted price. Here at Skins-N-Styles.com we realize that not all modifications downloaded from various sources will work properly on everyone's forum, blog or CMS system. We want our customers & clients to be 100% satisfied with our work. Although we have no control over whether or not a certain installation of a modification will always work exactly as the coder desired or stated, we stand behind our own work and make sure our customers have the best possible page they need.
